The online ticket exchange was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic. However, the queues for the train were extremely bad when it was crowded. My parents and younger sibling said the beach at TD NN was great, but I had a terrible experience with the Magic Castle and Ice Castle rides. The Magic Castle was pitch black, you couldn't see anything, like a cheap version of the 18th floor of hell (advertised as a magical world from Harry Potter, but after going there, I think the people who made it haven't even read the books; high expectations led to great disappointment). The Ice Castle was tiny and cramped, even smaller than my school classroom. The scenery was too fake; I thought there would be some ice sculptures, but there weren't, just animals and miniature scenes made of foam. There was no staff directing from above; everyone was sliding down as they pleased. Many people held onto their boards, preventing anyone from sliding. I stood there for over 20 minutes to cool off before leaving. Because of the disappointment from those two rides, I didn't try any of the others. The ST TT show was quite good. If you're going there to swim or have a picnic, I highly recommend it. There are plenty of tables, chairs, and trees, so it's very cool and refreshing.
