It was very fun and the kids were very happy.

The paint in the room is no longer attractive, making it less appealing for videos and photos. Furthermore, the escalator for the tires isn't working, and it's said to be under repair, making it quite an effort to retrieve the tires. There should have been advance notice or a discount, such as a lower price during the repair period than the standard promotional price, due to the less than optimal facilities.

We originally intended to stay here for just 30 minutes. It turns out my kids wanted to play until the time was up 😄

Satisfying, the service is really good, the atmosphere makes you happy, like you are really in a snowy country.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the staff taking photos at the entrance and on the rides lacked coordination, resulting in some blurry or unprepared photos. Photographs are relatively expensive. Overall, it's a good option for a family vacation.

It's really cool, and highly recommended for kids. It's just a shame that all the rides are two-person only. There's no tire slide or cable car, so a father, mother, and child can only be two people.

It was really fun, the kids were happy... but it turned out it wasn't that cold... it was still safe, you don't need a really thick jacket, next time I'll come back when I'm on holiday haha

The place is crowded, suitable for children to play because the slide is not long enough for adults 😆 The staff is nice, helping to lift the tires up to the slide 👍
