I booked tickets for myself and other expatriates residing in Thailand, with the necessary documentation to prove our status. However, upon arrival, we were informed of additional fees beyond the advertised expat rate. Could you please clarify your expat rate policy? I'd like to understand the eligibility requirements and ensure a smooth experience for future visits.

I purchased ticket from traveloka application which says low ticket price by using the workpermit. after I showed the ticket at the counter, they said this ticket I've to purchase from counter and not from application. Then they asked for extra 240 THB. totally bad experience at the beginning. I'm very upset and now cannot believe on this application.

The ticket redemption process took a very long time... and the officer was very unhappy that we were using online tickets, he said we had to wait at least 1 hour and we were told to wait almost 2 hours... at Traveloka it was okay... but the officer commented angrily that if you go online, you can't wait 1-1 straight away. 2 hours.. very disappointed
