Hello, please process a refund for my NERF ACTION ticket order (3 pax) because the ride has been closed / not operating for several months before I came and was informed by the local manager (Mr. Shawn) that Traveloka should not sell tickets anymore since the end of 2023. So when I arrived, the ride was already in the cleaning process because it was no longer operating, while in the Traveloka application I could not apply for a refund. Please process my ticket refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
