The staff at the location were all very friendly and helpful with information on the palace.

Came there during a long weekend, deliberately came during the show schedule, when we arrived the queue was very long, when I asked the officer for those who had bought tickets online, they were queuing at the cashier next door (only 2 people were queuing) I immediately checked out from the app👍🏻 awesome, I suggest just buying online.

Even though you have bought a traveloka ticket, you still have to queue normally to exchange the bracelet. It would be better if there was a separate counter for online.

The purchased voucher must be exchanged at the counter to get a bracelet as an entrance ticket, the process is very fast, the staff is very communicative, you are not allowed to wear flip-flops (you must take them off if you want to go inside), because if you come on Wednesday there is a wayang performance
