I've been here 3 times, always bought tickets through Traveloka and always got promo prices, thank you Traveloka, always makes things easy for us, the snow is also good, the best, basically

The atmosphere was comfortable and exciting, but unfortunately, the electric train wasn't working, and the food and drinks were very expensive. Moreover, the photos taken by the photographer were very expensive.

The staff was very friendly. We rode the cable car as much as we wanted. Perhaps the process from the entrance to the Snow World entrance could be expedited, as kids are often impatient with the step-by-step process. Overall, it was great, and we got double the cashback too.

There was no notification that there was a photographer so when claiming paid photos there were only a few from 2 places, there was also no initial information about paid photos, suddenly when I wanted to take photos it turned out I had to pay (why wasn't that informed from the start?) even though the rides were supposed to be good but it ended up being annoying when I was about to go home.

My son loves it. It's just that we didn't have a coat, gloves, and a head covering ready. It's best to come here with these ready because the prices are quite high if you buy them locally.

It's fun to be able to slide down the slide as much as you like for just 80,000 Rupiah. The only downside is the locker system. We pay 30,000 Rupiah for just one locker, but it's a coin-operated system, so you can only open and close it once. So, when you want to grab something or grab your wallet for shopping, it's confusing. You can't close it again, so why buy more coins?

It's fun, exciting, kids love it.
