The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, some areas, such as the ASEAN building, are still poorly maintained. As for the cable cars, they're all comfortable. Hopefully, they'll improve and attract more visitors.

The shuttle staff were very friendly, and the information staff was good. Unfortunately, when we were about to leave, the staff gave a perfunctory answer, forcing us to walk a long way. In the end, it was the man sweeping who gave a clear and friendly answer.

Ah, I got a promotional price for TMII entrance tickets. Just order, and you'll receive a barcode you can use to enter. The price is much cheaper than buying directly.

Buying tickets via the app is pretty convenient because of the discounts and the fast process. Once you get to the TMII ticket counter, just scan the barcode. It's easy.

Easy vehicle ticket exchange, friendly TMII staff.

I had a very enjoyable experience celebrating the 81st Indonesian Independence Day at TMII using the app. The ticket exchange process was quick, and the TMII staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you, the app, for making this holiday so much easier.

Once on site, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The downside was the long wait for a ride around Taman Mini because it was crowded and there were no rides to the Gondola.

It's really fun playing here, especially when going around TMII, riding a scooter, and riding the Gondola.
