The staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, when I arrived, it was just a consultation, so I couldn't get immediate treatment. I should have done it in person if possible, as it's quite far from home. Perhaps a consultation like yesterday would have been enough via WhatsApp or something else so that the first meeting could have been immediate.
