The room wasn't very clean. The table had a striped pattern, and the stripes had food stains that hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with black mold stains on the shower walls. I thought they couldn't be cleaned, but I tried cleaning them, and they did. The lighting in the room was dark and uncomfortable. For a room priced at 1 million rupiah, it wasn't worth it. Just one stay.

Getting a Boreh massage, filled with warmth all over your back, feet, and hands, is a delightful experience. It helps your body, which is slightly vulnerable due to the flu. The massage is delicious, the room is clean and fragrant, and the refreshing bathtub with warm water cleanses your entire body after the massage. Amazing!!!

I've never written a review on Traveloka, but thanks to Ms. Reza from Martha Tilaar, I did. The service was excellent, even though it's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Personally, I love spas that smell like spices. From the body scrub, steam, body mask, and soaking, the equipment is clean, the floor is clean, and the aroma of spices is unmistakable. The massage was also great, not too firm, not too soft, just right for Ms. Reza. The music was so soothing, and the room itself felt incredibly healing. When I left, my body felt lighter, fresher, and my skin felt incredibly supple. Thank you, Ms. Reza, and Martha Tilaar!

The place is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and informative. Ms. Dita's massage was so good, I fell asleep. I'll definitely be back again 🙂

Didn't know there is this one very calming place in the Bintaro area. I managed to go to the place first because I wanted a same-day slot rather than book 1 day ahead, and apparently there was a slot on that day. It was a very great time for me.

The quality of the treatments provided was very satisfying—from facials, body spas, to hair treatments, all done with detail and attention. The products also use natural ingredients that are safe and comfortable on the skin, making the experience even more enjoyable.

staffs were friendly, amenities and ambience are top notch. the scrub really make my skin clean. minus only on the massage techniques as it has less variation and my therapist skill was kinda average and not strong enough/relaxing enough

I chose the Floral Blossom treatment, but during the treatment, not a single flower was used, not even oil for massage, just for soaking, they said it was just herbs but there were no herbs so it was like sewer water. The therapist was like a robot (sorry sis) like it was a template, the massage was not done with heart, there was no "soul", it was more like random. So overall, in my opinion, it was a waste of money of 600-700 thousand for a treatment here. Martha Tilaar has really decreased. In the past, I felt like I was not calculating like this. When I came, I was asked what oil I wanted for massage, etc. Or maybe because I used a Traveloka voucher, so I was differentiated. I went home hoping to relax and smell the flowers, but there was no scent at all 😅 sad.
