The service at Navaagreen is really top, the staff really made it easy for me, who was going to Naava for the first time. The doctor was also very informative and provided solutions when I was concerned about my skin problems which were causing me stress, and gave recommendations on what treatments were suitable. One more thing, they also didn't force us to use their products, at that time I said I was still using drugstore skincare, it was suitable, and I was afraid that if I changed it I would have problems again, and the doctor said yes.

Overall the services are ok, the redeem process is really fast, it's just a shame the doctor is really rude, doesn't really care about the condition of the patient's face, when asked about his complaint, he didn't try to share it with the doctor but the answer was curt. Big no no with the doctor.
