I've been in klpgdg since 2018, tried it once here because it was closer but I was shocked, they were friendly, but the facial didn't feel like it, I was in the middle of a mask and wanted to close my eyes to calm down but the other employees were really noisy and insisted on a free facial for a guy, it was very annoying, I was called a monkey, the mask was all covered, no attitude in front of the customer, even asked how much it cost if I paid, I was very offended, I paid a lot of money, the person next to me got a free facial and kept ranting, working like there was no SOP, far away in klpgd it was quiet, there was no disturbing sound whatsoever, please differentiate between working when there are customers or not
