comfortable place, the therapist or staff are very friendly and competent ... highly recommended!

I took a 90 minute treatment which should be complete with arms, shoulders and back. But for almost an hour, the massaged only the feet until they hurt, then both hands continued for a moment and didn't feel anything, then the shoulders only took about 3 minutes. When the alarm goes off, it stops immediately, at least the shoulder part that has already been smeared should be finished first. I came home with legs that hurt even more, and the other members still didn't change. Don't recommend going back there again.

Friendly service, the packages listed on Traveloka are also ok. Only for privacy tends to be open (for reflexology)

Terrible! When I booked its Premium Body Spa, thinking the word "Premium" would be the assurance of a great service. Far from it! The owner of this place seriously needs to review the services given to the customers (especially for Premium Body Spa). Entering the facility, I was shocked that it is located on the second floor that isn't really a permanent building but rather just wooden stairs (you can feel that it is sort of a non permanent building). To make matter worse, to separate rooms, only curtains are used. The beds are made of wood that if some pressure was given during the massage session, the beds would move and making squeaking sound. I thought to myself during the massage session "What in the world have I gotten myself into", I was really super disappointed (if I'm allowed to use the word disgusted) with the service even when it was only 20 minutes since the service started. Steam session, you were put into a tiny plastic thingy in a very dodgy room. After 3 minutes being in there, I requested to end the steam session. From 1 to 10, I will give 1 but I can give 2 because the therapist was nice.
