The atmosphere is calm, the view is nice, the massage is ok, the staff are very friendly.

The place is really good. But it seems like I got a therapist who is still learning. So it was less enjoyable while my husband got one who is already an expert. Along the way, my husband praised his therapist because his body felt light after the spa. I will come here again but I need to make sure I get a good therapist 😁👍

The atmosphere is calm as I wanted..the therapist worked well..my suggestion is if you come there, it's better not to go in the afternoon because you can't see the natural beauty during the spa.

for me it’s a bit overrated and over priced, first, the room so smell weird, i dont like the smell, second: the massage are just moderate, not a really skillfull therapist, for 2hrs service, the massage and mask are just one hour, i dont think i will recommend this spa to anyone

The most special massage here is that we can hear the sound of the waterfall, massage until we fall asleep. For the jacuzzi, it seems like there's a lot of foam so when we use it we don't turn the machine on again. It doesn't feel like a jacuzzi. We choose the hard massage, it's quite tasty. However, when I took a shower, I was given a towel, the towel smelled a bit damp.

Hands down the best spa I’ve had! From the moment you entered the hotel they took you to the spa with buggy then the staff welcomed you with refreshment drink, the massage was excellent, the view of the room was superb, and it was the best jacuzzi! Highly recommended will definitely come back for my next Bali trip

The location, the services, the room, the staff's skills of massaging and especially i LOVE the waterfall! I highly reccomend this to others who wants to feel relax and soothe at the same time. First of all, the receptionist gave us welcome drink cinnamon mix with lemon and sugar. Then the therapist show us the room. The room itself is semi outdoor connect to the nature of waterfall, it has 2 massage beds, jacuzzi and shower room inside the room. We had hot stone massage here bought the voucher from traveloka, the therapist hand is soft but pressing with enough power. After 90 min massage session, our body feel relieved and refreshed again. The massage itself is so relaxing with additional natural waterfall sound as the relaxing music and natural wind (no aircon). Overall we like it very much and will come back again. Lastly they provide us with a ginger tea and called a buggy car from the hotel to pick us up at the spa. Nice experience👍🏼

Came here because I saw it on tiktok. When I was on my honeymoon and wanted to have a spa with my husband. Turns out it's really really good, buying vouchers at Traveloka isn't complicated at all. We also get a couple room. The therapist is really friendly, I've never had a massage with such a friendly therapist. Superb Sanctoo Spa ❤️🥰

there is a questionnaire that you need to fill in before going into the treatment, so the therapist would know which area you want to focus on, how strong the massage should be, is there any illness, mask on/off preferences, etc and they follow accordingly which was really great
