Almost perfect. Everything was excellent and truly top-notch — from the easy reservation process to the smooth voucher redemption. The place was comfortable and clean, and the therapist was AMAZING; the massage felt so good and incredibly relaxing. There was only one minor downside: we didn’t know that the free drink was self-service. There was no information from the staff and no signage. Perhaps next time the spa could provide a sign or include an SOP to inform guests about the self-service drinks. It was just drinking water, but since we were thirsty and it was listed as part of the voucher facilities, it slightly impacted our overall experience at Reborn :(
