I booked a 90-minute oil massage and paid in full for the 90-minute massage. When I started, I saw that the clock showed 9:00 p.m., so my massage should have ended at 10:30 p.m. That's basic logic. Suddenly, the therapist said the massage was over, even though I felt it hadn't been 90 minutes yet. Because she said it was over, I ended up taking a shower. After showering, I checked the clock, which showed 10:13 PM. Yes, the massage had only lasted 60 minutes.
Since I had already showered, I complained to the receptionist downstairs, and instead of admitting that there was a mistake, they said, "The 90 minutes includes the shower." Where on earth is there such a calculation? What if I decided not to shower? I paid in full for a 90-minute massage, so the service provided should also be 90 minutes. The shower wasn't given to me, but I showered myself. So if I had booked the 60-minute option, would the massage only be 30 minutes? There was no disclaimer at all regarding this, and I am 100% sure there was a mistake, but none of the staff there were willing to admit it.
I’m very disappointed with the service. If they had admitted their mistake and apologized, I wouldn’t have asked for anything else. Such a lame massage place. Not recommended for anyone.
