So expensive with unskill staff

I made a reservation, but when it arrived, I waited 20 minutes, the results are very detailed, sir, but after that, why does it hurt so much for 2 days and there is a little bleeding or is it like that? My first time in Menipedi, wow, the place is cozy & clean

the cs staff is not friendly. the package is just a haircut, not using wash or blow. not explained in the description.
