Nice service but the place is not comfortable

Been subscribed here for years. The therapist is really good, compared to the reflection place in other big malls, keep coming back here. It was handled by Mr. Heri, who had been here for a dozen years.

Pijatannya oke, namun kritik keras untuk manajemen Oriental, yang sama sekali belum mempersiapkan penyediaan layanan di Tokopedia. Saya pesan 2 pax Hot Stone Massage (120 menit) untuk jam 6. Sebelumnya mencoba konfirmasi dulu dengan menghubungi nomor telepon namun tidak tersambung (katanya rusak). Saat datang diinfokan paling cepat tersedia 6:30 dan tidak bisa 2 jam karena toko harus tutup jam 8. Tapi saya lihat pilihan jam di Traveloka masih tersedia sampai lebih malam. Ruangan peruntukan untuk Hot Stone juga hanya ada satu, tapi kenapa saya bisa pesan dua? Pegawai di tempat berupaya keras untuk mengakomodasi dan saya apresiasi ini, tapi jadinya saya hanya bisa dipijat selama 75 menit. Tolong pastikan ke depannya saluran telepon berfungsi dan booking Traveloka bisa dikoordinasikan dengan cabang. Untuk calon pembeli saya sarankan pesan yang refleksi saja karena ruang tersedia lebih banyak dan jangan terlalu malam.

The Mbama is not very friendly. Communication between outlets and Treveloka is not good. Increase it.
