When I was getting a massage, I thought it would be disturbed by the presence of gloves, but it didn't bother me at all... It felt the same as having a massage without gloves... The rest of the service was always okay at Kokuo.

while booked a slot with payment, Kokuo didn't put my booking excusing they didn't receive the call from traveloka. it was not my fault but I was forced to wait for one hour to keep another slot. request to improve the booking service
