The service was excellent. The doctor was knowledgeable and could explain things in easy-to-understand language.

Pelayanannya oke banget. Dokternya pintar dan bisa menjelaskan dengan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti.

The doctor who did the treatment was too rushed. I also ordered IPL acne, but they said they were out of stock (don't know what they were out of stock😂), maybe the serum. They replaced it, but I don't know if it's the same price or what. But the receptionist didn't confirm that IPL acne was no longer available. They only told me in the treatment room. Was it because they were new, so they seemed unprofessional?

Dokter yang ngerjain terlalu buru-buru. Juga saya pesan IPL acne, ternyata katanya habis (enggak tau apa yang habis😂), maybe serumnya. And diganti, but I don't know, it's the same price or what. Tapi di resepsionis enggak dikonfirmasi kalau IPL acne enggak ada. Pas di ruangan perawatan baru dikasih tau. Apakah karena baru jadi kayak enggak professional.

Honestly, the treatment was good, but not with the therapist (doctor). During the treatment, I felt like the doctor was rushing, as if being chased by patients, and the treatment wasn't optimal. Other treatments are slow, allowing the serum to absorb and require repeated application. Hopefully, this will be helpful, considering the price isn't cheap.

Jujur, perawatannya bagus, but not with the therapist (doctor). Pada waktu proses perawatan, saya merasa dokternya terburu-buru seperti dikejar-kejar pasien, dan ga maksimal proses perawatannya, karena kalau di tempat lain, itu pelan-pelan sehingga obat serumnya meresap dan diulang-ulang. Semoga jadi masukan karena mengingat harganya ga murah.

The therapist was very friendly, and the doctor was very friendly and very educational.

Hopefully the result is good and worth the price. Tried PRP to get my skin textures better.
