First said I wanted to use a voucher from the app, the lady said it couldn't be used for creambath because there was no one for creambath, even though there were 3 unemployed staff there, after grumbling first then asking the other staff, finally it could be used. Very unprofessional, why put it on Traveloka if you don't want to pay using Traveloka vouchers. We also buy it with money, not for free!
