Initially I wanted to enter using a voucher, but I had to debate it with CS because his voice was a bit high so it made me emotional. then switch to using Traveloka, so you don't have to use the debate, just enter. Haven't been to the location for several years, entered the medium room, needed to be repaired, the wallpaper had a lot of peeling & unsightly wall paint.

Maybe because it hasn't been operational for a long time because of the pandemic, it looks like it's not being maintained. The cleanliness of the karaoke room should be further improved. The crumbs of snacks from the previous visitors were still under the table. The keypad didn't work, but after asking to be exchanged it finally worked. The staff is quite responsive when redeeming Traveloka vouchers.
