Pelayanannya tidak ramah, walaupun pakai voucher kan tetep bayar. Dan mentang-mentang pakai voucher roomnya dikasih yg jelek. Proses redeem vouchernya juga sangat lama.

Kecewa dengan pelayanan receptionist Inul Vizta Harapan Indah. Pelayanan buruk. Awal redeem voucher sudah saya tanya sedetail mungkin, katanya nominal keseluruhan pesanan bisa digabung dengan nominal voucher yg ada. Alhasil voucher sebesar 200rb cuma buat karaoke 2jam (90rb/jam). Untuk pembayaran minuman tidak bisa digabung dengan voucher. Last time I visited this place. Bad service!
