This is the second time I have ordered a karaoke image of a karaoke voucher ... The service there is quite good ... The sound is good and the song collection is also updated

Unfriendly service. The karoke light is off, the song is not updated, the room is large as medium

It's normal, the karaoke mic isn't given a cover, so if you sing it directly hits the lips + the song sounds when you sing there are some errors. Please fix it and the rest is okay

A selection of songs in the system exists but cannot be played. Cashier service is not friendly.

Lagu-lagu yang baru ga bisa diputar. Tempatnya biasa saja. Sempat freeze di tengah-tengah dan micnya 1 suka mati nyala

Kemarin tukar point dengan voucher 1 jam karoke, kemudian karena kurang kami tambah 1 jam. Ketika 1 jam awal pakai voucher sudah selesai, saya dan teman-teman ambil 1 jam karoke lagi, sebelumnya teman saya sudah konfirmasi apa bisa debit. Karyawan bilang bisa, ketika selesai, malah diminta cash dengan alasan karyawan kasir (pusing memisahkan pembayaran yang ada). Agak sedikit kesal karena mungkin tugas mereka tidak boleh pusing ketika bekerja.
