Facility and ground were nice and clean although music near the pool area would have been preferred. They gave my friend a hard time redeeming her voucher because she purchased her voucher online and not via the app, so we had to wait about 20+ minutes to even get upstairs which was quite frustrating and took away from the overall experience.

Went to cretya in ubud they said I purchase the wrong ticket so I must buy the new ticket

The staff is friendly & the place is also really great for relaxing!
