So far it's been smooth from the beginning of ticket exchange to entering the area.

One of the best night in my life🫶🏻 Been waiting for Alesana for years and finally i can see them with my own eyes and ears 🥺 All the staffs are very kind and polite. We asked them to give our gifts for the band because the Meet&Greet tixs were sold out and we couldn’t meet them, and He (i forgot the staff’s name) did gave the gift to The band. The sounds and the stage were perfect enough for me. Thank you Akselerasi, I hope you can bring back Alesana again next time 🤪

the choice of concert venue was very good

The concert was quite good, although there was a bit of a delay.

Best concert I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch. Show was a bit late, but in the end worth the wait.

The staff at the location were very friendly and helped make the ticket exchange process very easy, the concert location was also quite good, a very memorable concert experience.

Easy ticket redemption. Crowd control are just okay. Not so much queueing. Time management are so bad. Got delayed one hour with notice but 45 mins later still got unnoticed delay.

The concert was very awesome.

The queue flow to enter the venue when the gate opens is not neat, there is no barricade that makes it one way resulting in people slipping and pushing. Wristband checks are also not strict, they are only asked to raise their hands. Apart from these two things, overall OK. Being an hour late from the schedule is understandable for technical reasons.

Overall, the concert was okay. However, there were some downsides. The show was delayed by almost two hours from the original schedule, and the JKT-exclusive t-shirt merchandise had a weird cutting style.
