The toilet!! Worst queueing experience ever!! Holding pee for more than 1 hour.. 😓😓😓

The only downside is that the officers keep going back and forth too much. I, who was sitting in the front, was disturbed.

Great experience of the year! One of the events awaited by many Disney lovers from children, teenagers to adults, artists, influencers, etc. There are many photo spots and Disney-themed merchandise/food! So happy! had the opportunity to come to this event, an amazing experience because I could meet & greet Mickey and Minnie✨🙆🏻‍♀️

Next time, for the family, do not split the Seat, it is really dangerous. And please let us choose the seat, there was no option to choose the seat when I was buying the tickets.

One thing needs improvement is the chair. Hope next time will be better quality. And hopefully there are more merchandise shops.

bought the early bird ticket, but got the seat soooo faaar on the back. thought first buyer got the front seat

The flow from the entrance, ticket barcode scan, food court, toilet, direction to enter the seat were all very orderly. Although the capacity was full, crowded and crowded but there were no obstacles. All the committees were also very helpful in directing to the seats. The MC and the Disney event were also touching, very good, from the beginning to the end of the event all were really professional ice-skaters. Hopefully next year we can watch it again 🥰🫶

The overall show was great, but a lot of audiences used their phones to take videos of the show which then made it hard for us to see the stage, especially for kids

It’s my 1st time attending Disney on Ice. The performance is so goowwddd. Maybe i’ll back again next year.

It's really exciting, buying tickets is really easy on this application, when you arrive at the venue it's really good, just go in and there are FnB tenants so you don't get hungry or thirsty, next year you'll want more!

overwhelming feels when you see all of those disney characters eventhough i seat in silver row, the feels and happinness still here until know. I want to experience it again n again.

For a first timer, its gooodd, but some of the staff, especially when asking about seat numbers, are still confused, so we follow, confused, but it's okayyy
