The service is very good, and the voucher exchange process is really easy

the service is not good, the queue is up to 2 hours, does not use the queue number system, can get the 3rd queue but up to 8 queues because the staff does not know the voucher redemption, the registration officer is not standby in place. The rates are too high compared to other existing clinics, and there is no antigen PCR service

The service is very good and the Covid 19 protocol is properly implemented, thank you Prodia Palu. Good luck.
