I made a payment through Traveloka with an antigen test on November 9, 22. However, I was told by Bumame CS that on November 9, their system was down and they could not take samples. They recommended taking the test on another day, but I didn't need it because I only needed an antigen test on November 9. I went on November 10 with the requirement to take the antigen test on November 9 only. After asking for a refund from Traveloka and Bumame, they did not accept my refund request so the voucher expired without me using it. I am very disappointed.
