The CS & Medis Staff were really friendly. Take less than 5 minutes to redeem the vouchers. The Medis Staff were doing very genuinely when took the Antigen Test. This place can be very useful for taking Antigen or PCR Test. Will be back soon! 😊😇

The service is not okay regarding queue management (when the queue is long), so you can suddenly enter not according to the queue. The results of the antigen should be fast but I only got the results H+1 and even then after I contacted the WA CS again

They changed the policy without informing the client. For 12 hours service you have to get your test before 4pm. When I contacted them they keep this absolutely silent. Staff at reception isn’t service oriented. Doesn’t offer solutions. I had to ask for reimbursement. Not sure it will be done although it should be instant. After going there for many times I fell I have to look for an alternative

Quick and clean antigen swab test lab.

it came at 8 past and the clinic was still quiet. Waited 30 minutes for a swab. overall the service is good, the nurse who took the swab sample is polite, taking the sample doesn't hurt, and most importantly the results come out about 6 hours after taking the sample and immediately update to the careprotect application. really recommend for pcr test at this place
