fast process, friendly staff

The registration process until the blood collection process is all smooth, according to the procedure. The results were sent on the same day. The staff is friendly and informative. What is difficult is only in finding no. call the clinic, because it's not here, so just found it on the pathlab website. Tip: contact the designated WA clinic directly for reservations.

It was confusing at first because when I arrived, there were quite a lot of people. There were no queueing line or numbers. So they will just ask 'who cm first' which I think is not a good system. But overall it was ok I guess... The checking part was quick
