Really easy process. The payment process until the voucher redeem is easy. The staff and medical personnel are friendly and super helpful. Not even 30 minutes of waiting, the antigen results have been sent directly via the WA admin + immediately entered caring and protection and can ask for printing too. Such a great experience!
