The arrangement between the drive thru and direct queues is unclear, causing long queues and piling up. May need to be separated. Lack of socialization at the beginning to register in the application first, the test results take a long time to come out. Maybe it can be improved again.

The staff couldn't process the voucher redeem... So they had to pay cash again...

So this is it... for the antigen swab, the queue was long from 2 pm until I got the queue number at half past 5. After I had the antigen swab, I waited for the results via email at 9 pm. I check email periodically starting at 9 pm, 10 pm there is no notification from Mayapada hospital. The next day I called 30 minutes and sent it directly to my email for my antigen swab lab results

too many people on the line for the test, no pre-information from either traveloka nor the hospital. too bad I was in the line for more than 2 hours

The queue is too long, I re-registered from 9 am and then swab at 15. Not many staff, long queues... So waste a lot of time here. Just experienced pcr so far. The queue seats are only 30 seats, while the queue is more than 100. It hurts to stand and wait. Kapok pcr here...
