It's already +30 hours since the test, and I haven’t received the results. Already approach the hospital but got no answers from them.

The receptionist is only 1 and it's quiet too... No long queues... The results come out in less than 30 minutes by email and you can also ask to be printed if you want to wait. Thanks Traveloka & Siloam

The wait for the queue is very long because the officer who takes the action is only 1 person. Besides that, waiting outside and there are no chairs for the waitstaff at all

Best! It's really fast because you buy at Traveloka so you don't have to queue to register. Just give proof of payment, immediately given a paper and test in the small room. Wait 2 hours it will be ready. I also don't take it in line, it's really quiet. Puasss

that needs to be improved: 1. the old admin process 2. sending results via email / online that is more than 4 hours / requires continuous follow up
