when buying the voucher, the operating hours of the Ultra Medica Utama clinic are not included. the transaction was made at 5 pm, went there immediately turned out to be closed at 4 pm. fortunately the kind officer is willing to provide a solution to come tomorrow morning at 8 trs the results can be taken at 7 pm. it's better if it closes at 5 pm, the transaction must be canceled by the system so it doesn't happen like that and the officer said that many people have experienced things like this and they have complained to traveloka but there is no change. please in the future the spy is fixed again, the spy doesn't disappoint customers. thanks
