friendly, kind, polite staff, fast process...

already booked the schedule in advance. H-1 in WA wants to be canceled but it is not clear why (only answered that the swab officer did not exist). because I needed it on the same day and it couldn't be refunded, I was finally asked for a swab at 1, but until 2 a.m. the swab had not started and there were already 5 other people who would also be swab. around 14.15 the swab started and the results were printed outside because the clinic printer was broken. until around 15:10 a new printout can be received. Until now, I still don't understand why it was originally asked to be shifted to Saturday, while on Friday, many will swab antigen. and please improve the service process related to this swab, don't let the patient wait too long even though the personnel who will do the swab are at the clinic.

the receptionist is not friendly. does not describe the process. just said the officer hasn't come yet. if from traveloka, you will be called later. just wait. Oops, I really don't recommend it

Swabs and results are very fast and there is no long queue.

All in accordance with health protocols and no long queues.

The location is clean and tidy, no long queue and staffs are helpful
