Fast response without queue. But not easy to find the spot since it is around the corner

There is no guard at the registration desk. Until you wait 20 minutes, until you call the number listed and WA chat. It turned out that the officer was in the swab room and out of the door 4 people. Very disappointed. Officers are negligent on duty.

Best service. I've tested here twice

The process is quite straight forward, the staff was a little confused at first to redeem the voucher because they couldn't find the QR code. It turns out that the new email PDF exists and can be scanned. After that, they were taken to the sampling room, the PCR took samples through the nose and mouth (coughing haha) and the doctor was friendly/gentle during the procedure. The results are live on ehac that night and also sent via email.

Plus: fast waiting time, not full, and painless when antigen (I've had severe migraine pain in other places) Minus: for a price that is quite above average, the test results that are provided only use handwriting. Even though I already said I needed it for travel purposes. Their solution was sent a PDF file via WhatsApp which had to be printed by themselves, and even then had to revise it up to 3 times because the data was constantly wrong. At the airport, it became a question because the letter was printed and signed and the doctor's stamp was also printed. Please improve future service.

On the first day I arrived there were no staff standing by at the booth because the clerk entered the examination room so the queue was irregular so I decided to go home. When I came back on the second day, the customer took the initiative to register the queue themselves because the staff who were on standby came close.

Not responsible for the results. Not on time and irresponsible.
