A very educational children's playground, besides the spacious area, children can also choose the playground they like.

Got the 3-7pm tickets which was even cheaper! The child played the whole time non-stop and can easily spend the entire day here.

It was really fun playing there, I want to go there again

Kidzania playground is very educational for my children.

The staff is very friendly, when I bought it online there was no information about Teenzania, and they explained which category to buy and gave me information about whether there was a field trip or not🙏

It's really fun, it's also fun, the staff are fun.

Arriving on Thursday, we thought it would be quiet, but there were a lot of groups of kids on field trips, so the queue was quite long, a tight 5 hours. To be safe, perhaps schedule 10 hours, even on a weekday.

Came on Sunday, it was busy but the queue wasn't too long. My suggestion for milk is to at least give a small glass of milk. My child was already very happy to milk the cow, but suddenly it was over. Others gave samples, even though they were small, but the children were happy.

My grandchildren are very happy to be able to explore their curiosity 👍

Had an amazing experience. Absolutely no waiting since I went there at weekday & it brings back memories.. Super nostalgic. Great experience!

It was so easy and so much fun, my son made Indomie and was able to take it home too, so the experience was really exciting.

Omg, I am soo happy with my purchase. They even have a special counter for app ticket redemption. The process was soo quick, and the price is wayyy cheaper here than at the counter. I'm soo gonna repeat.

Yesterday, I went to Kidzania in South Jakarta. It was truly disappointing, and the staff were incredibly unprofessional. Without any reminders or detailed explanations, I felt completely ripped off by Kidzania. I arrived at Kidzania around 4:30 p.m., and after asking around, I finally decided to go in. The ticket price was quite reasonable, around 1 million rupiah. But once inside, I saw that many of the play areas had already closed at 4:00 p.m., and some at 3:00 p.m., but I didn't think much of it; I queued up and joined the kids. After checking out two or three of the rides, I went upstairs to try them, but one of the employees said they were closed. That's fine. I went to another ride, but they said they were closed. From there, I wondered why two rides were already closed, even though it was only 6:45 a.m. So I asked the employees nearby, and it turns out they close at 7! WTF 🤛🏻 I thought, why wasn't they informed from the start? And they still let customers in without any reminder!! I just went in with three people around 5 to 6:45 and they said it was closed!! I feel like Kidzania is scamming people like that. Kidzania should have informed me from the start that it closed at 7 and that some of the rides were already closed. Would I still want to go in or what? This is just the way it is!! This is my first time at Kidzania and I feel like they're scamming me!!! If someone like me were in my position, would they feel the same way? 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 🔥 Service: So so badddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
