The staff is okay, but some of the items may seem a bit old. I also found some parts of the balloon slide to be torn, allowing air to escape. Overall, 8/10, the kids loved it.

First time trying Kidzooona JCM, overall it's okay, I'll come here again sometime.

This is my first time at Kidzoona Jogja City Mall. I was greeted by friendly staff. Ticket exchange was easy and straightforward. The place is not too spacious but it is quite interesting and easy to supervise the children playing. It happened that the DTG time was not too crowded so it was more comfortable. There is a waiting area to sit and relax while watching the children play. It's quite good to buy a full day ticket and be able to go in and out. The important thing is to bring the ticket.
