I like to play the playground at Kidzoona the most, it's suitable for babies to toddlers. Then the one at CW is nice, not too crowded.

The playground is clean, spacious and safe, but supervision needs to be improved because there are children who are unsupervised by their parents who disturb other children.

Very friendly, quick exchange, please bring socks as it is a sock-only area.

Both of my children fell in an area that was like a flying fox. One of them bruised his back because he landed on a thin board. As far as I remember, in Kidzoona Malang there were staff guarding that area. Here there were none. When I arrived it was around 19.30. The ticket exchange staff seemed to have lost their energy so they didn't smile at all :) The place is smaller than other Kidzoonas I've visited. But the cleanliness is okay.
