The place is actually okay and clean, but the first time I went there I was a little surprised because there was a public closing at 3:30 PM, while we arrived at 2:22 PM. Initially, the ticketing sister offered to play after the event was over, which was at 5:00 PM, we could only enter. And it took a long time because we had to wait until 5:00 PM so that our playing time would be full 2 hours. As a result, we only played for about 1 hour at 2:22 PM. For those who are here for the first time, you must check their Instagram story to know if there is a public closing info or not so you don't miss out on playing time 😔🫠

I didn't expect an indoor venue, but it was hot, and I imagined a spacious playground, but it turned out to be lacking. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean.

1. There is no crisis room to handle emergencies/injuries, so treatment takes place in front of the playground entrance gate, visible to the public. 2. There are no staff trained to handle emergencies/injuries. 3. The slides are poorly maintained due to the presence of sharp plates at each connection, which can cause and/or potentially cause injuries/cuts to the body and clothing. 4. There are no staff to supervise, direct, or explain the procedures for the slide, which is approximately 10 meters high and winding. 5. We received information from staff that management is only responsible for visitors who experience incidents with broken bones or critical conditions, including transporting them to the hospital.

It's really fun to play here, I recommend it for those who want to bring their family/couple.
