The exchange was quite fast, the staff was friendly. Just input, marketing for promotions is fine, but still consider the environment (go green) and the alertness of staff in the field, as well as the comfort of customers who redeem the promo. Imagine if on the weekend, customers redeem the promo app pay Rp200,000 get Rp600,000 to 3 new Timezone cards. There are only 2 staff, 1 customer does not necessarily exchange 1 voucher. I happened to exchange 2 vouchers, when the queue in front of me was 1 person (lunch hour), so it was safe. 1 voucher must be inserted into 3 cards, a total of 6 cards I got, the cards are thrown away, increasing plastic waste. Imagine 1 customer transaction takes about 2-3 minutes. Suggestion for Timezone, if in the future there is a promotion to new cards, it's okay, but maybe to 1 card, not 3 cards, so that plastic waste is not so much, thank you.
