Overall, it's good. I usually play at FW Livingworld. This was my first time playing at FW SKA. However, the bowling cashier didn't know how to redeem my voucher from Traveloka. She said I had to go to Living World, even though I bought the voucher at SKA. With a heavy heart, I was about to go home when I saw a lady near the merchandise ticket exchange.
