Some of the staff were unfriendly regarding ticket exchanges from Traveloka. Some of the toys were broken and couldn't be played with. Please evaluate this in the future. Overall, it was safe. Unfortunately, there's no lactation room for those bringing babies.

Suitable for ages 1-3. The place is comfortable, the air conditioning is cold.

The kids really enjoy playing here, it's clean, and you can feed them while they're waiting because there's a dining area, chairs and tables for those waiting.

The closing time doesn't match the one listed on Traveloka. It should have been 2 hours, but it ended up being 1 hour.

It's fun for kids so they won't get bored for 2 hours because there are lots of varieties and the staff are nice, it's not too crowded when it's open so it's not stuffy
