The place is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and joins in playing. The view is also good for healing 🥰

Nice place for kids outside the busyness of Bali. Kids can bounce and play in nice surrounding. Staff was very kind and helpful although there was a western manager (or owner?) who was not very kind. There was a misunderstanding in regards to the type of tickets we bought online. While having lunch at the restaurant with two families he interrupted us without introducing himself and directly started about the tickets. He clearly doesn’t understand the way to approach his guests or how people in general interact in Indonesia. Luckily the local staff was super kind and appreciative.
