The swimming pool is spacious. There are 3 pools, namely 1 warm water pool, 1 cold water pool, and 1 cold water children's pool. Crowded visitors on weekends. Buy tickets on Traveloka, it's cheaper. The bathroom has warm water

the bathroom is clean and there are guards who are always ready to help and clean the bathroom.

My son really likes to play there. the cleanliness is very good, and the employees are also friendly

I swam in the adult pool but the bottom of the 2.5 meter deep pool was dirty covered with brownish green moss which made me personally a little uncomfortable. This is very unfortunate considering that the batununggal ticket price is above the average for other swimming pools in the city of Bandung, the basic cleanliness of the pool should be considered.

It's been a long time since I swam at BIC. Quite surprised to see the changes. The shower / dressing room is not like it used to be but the swimming pool is still clean. The water is warm too
