the swimming pool is closed when there is an event but they dont close sales on the app on that date

I came here initially because I was interested in the various existing facilities such as towels, sauna and jacuzzi, but when I got there I was very disappointed because the facilities I mentioned earlier turned out to be inoperable for me / not operational, if not operational, why not update the facility description, so I don't feel cheated, besides that the staff there are not friendly, the only friendly ones are the staff at the gym, the rest don't, so in conclusion when I go there, the facilities that I can feel are only the gym , I didn't attach a photo, because I didn't even think about the photos because I'm already disappointed, but for the gym facilities I give a good rating because there are complete tools there, but I don't have any staff who help to use it, so I'm sure there are many who don't use the tool because they're worried about falling/misusing it safety devices for climbing walls that cause negative things can happen because there is no special supervisor, that's all from me 🙏 thanks

In accordance with the price, the pool is quite clean, there is an area for children, changing rooms & men's lockers are also clean, right there the women's locker is on the top floor because the one below is only for members. Saunas and jacuzzis cannot be used because of covid 19. There is a gym and a gym, a tennis court is located at the top.

Free rent locker and towel, there's jacuzzi and sauna, also various classes. Best Gym I've been visit.

Complete and workable equipment, hot and sweat-able sauna and good toilet. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in women side does not work and the officer does not inform it as well. Chance to be a member there

Nice place, have a good services, n serving food so good n cheap price... Private sauna and jacuzzi. Not too riot pool... Overall I feel satisfied with the services
