It's fun, practical, the guides are okay

It was really great and the instructor also very friendly, a bit suggest about the free gloves most of them we ask said we must buy but finally the instructor help us to claim the gloves

Booking is easy and given a personal contact with the tour agent in Seoul, so before going we contact and reservation. Also given meeting point instructions that are easy to find. Arriving at the location arranged bus to be ridden, departing on time. Arriving at Vivdi Park was given freedom of time until the afternoon. We chose a package of ski clothes and ski equipment, so we were given jackets, pants, shoes, sticks and ski boards. There we can order food that is very many choices. Very satisfied and happy

Cheapest I can get! Only without gloves, socks and goggles (not necessary for me as it makes image blurry). Do arrive early if you are spending your day on a weekend or holiday as u need to queue for every single equipment claim.

Booked last minute (2 days prior to my trip), apparently my name wasn't there but as soon as I reported the issue to Traveloka, their customer service called me and wanted to talk to the tour provider. I showed my email from the tour provider themselves then they found my name and apologized. Tour itself (for me) was very affordable as it essentially covers everything except lunch, gloves and goggles. Check-in was efficient. Would recommend this to everyone.

Pick-up and drop-off in Hongdae is clear and on time... Get a complete package for renting clothes and ski equipment... It's really fun to be able to ski here, the kids are very happy... Next time I want to come back here using traveloka...

First time ordering experience traveloka. At first I was doubtful because there were no reviews and the price was cheaper than other travel agents. It turned out to be fun. Traveloka's partners at Vivaldi Park are the management of Vivaldi Park itself and standby at the tourist information center and also as an official ski coach. The pick up bus is also very on time. Hopefully you will have the good fortune to bring your children here and order another Traveloka experience.

One of the best ski resorts... I've been to this place 2 times and always satisfied... The place is very beautiful
