The view on the double-decker bus will be more comprehensive and beautiful than experiencing it yourself by motorbike, however, focusing on taking photos will make you feel sick, and you won't be able to stay and check in with the locations. I went on the weekend and couldn't go to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are 2 double-decker bus companies, so when buying tickets, read the company carefully. In general, if you haven't been, you can try the experience, but if you have to go again, I probably won't go again.

The staff was not enthusiastic. When I asked for headphones, they said they would give them to me in a minute. But the bus went for 10 minutes and they still didn't give them to me. I had to get out of the bus to get the headphones before they gave them to me.

Bought a ticket for a double-decker bus but sat in a covered bus :)there were only a dozen outdoor seats, it really ruined the mood. There was no guide to guide me with headphones and where to get them.

I bought a round trip ticket. The bus has conical hats and raincoats for passengers if needed. There are headphones to introduce tourist attractions to passengers. Worth the experience.

The staff near Hoan Kiem Lake are inconsistent. On the day before, I asked if I could go up from there and exchange my ticket, and they said yes. The next day, I asked the guard (who happened to be the same person) for the same thing. He then said I couldn't go up from Hoan Kiem. If I really couldn't, why did I say I could before? Luckily, the trip was very safe, I was given a raincoat and hat.

Fun, easy to do, fast process and very reasonable price...the instructions are also very clear so you don't need to worry about exchanging tickets at the counter.

It was a bit confusing to redeem since there's a few brand bus. And the price is quite similar. The punctuality of the bus arrival often delayed by the traffic. They provide the headset with explanation of the place that adjusted with the place we reach

This experience is the best when you visit Hanoi! So worth it, you may see and know some history if you like historical building and story.

Easy to exchange vouchers, can see Hanoi in the afternoon, but traffic can be a hindrance if you miscalculate the afternoon tour time.

The bus goes to all the places, but I went with a Russian friend and that day the headphones didn't have Russian subtitles, a bit disappointed.

Arrived at 7pm but the counter was closed and tickets could not be purchased.

Riding a double-decker bus in the fall is really chill, with cool breeze, light sunshine, listening to the commentary and enjoying the scenery is very interesting

Interesting experience but unprofessional service. When getting on the bus, the staff should give out headphones and hats to avoid the harsh sunlight because the bus departs at 11:30. When the sun is high, they give out headphones first and then hats later, which leads to fatigue and heatstroke when going home. In addition, the tour when purchased said it would start at 9:15 but changed the time to 11:30 without informing the customer.

At first I struggled to find the voucher but eventually found it in my mail and had a memorable experience on the double decker bus.
