picked up on time, safe preparation process. Overapl ok. The ship is very hot if you sit in the front so it's better to sit in the back or on the upper deck. Alpin, the intern crew is good at taking pictures. The other crew are friendly and helpful 👍🏿

I recommend joining this tour package when going to Bajo. The staff are friendly, and when I joined the tour guide's name was Bang Arif. Very fluent in English and likes to joke around. So the participants feel comfortable and happy. The pick-up schedule is on time and the departure is also on time. The best!!

just went on 14th May, still green season, very comfortable boat, good guide explains itinery, before boarding the tourist boat you have to pay 425k for entrance. First go to Padar island hiking, pink beach playing in the water by the beach, then go to Komodo island they give a delicious lunch then luckily you can see 6 Komodo dragons on the island. next go snorkeling for a while at taka makassar, manta point & siaba island for deep snorkeling, so I can't join because I'm not good at swimming. So far best experience👍🏻

Friendly driver and clear instructions

The staff is very friendly and informative, speaks English fluently, offers to take pictures of us at tourist attractions (the older brother is very kind, come on, let's take pictures, in fact the older brother is more enthusiastic), very safe and comfortable especially for solo traveling. But because the whole day is full of attention and also for his physical condition which is not strong. But totally 100% so fun, so beautiful, and memorable. the tour pick up schedule was not according to schedule, the crew was friendly, we boarded the new spirit 6s with guide sis gonjes.. an extraordinary experience, hopefully next time we can join the tour with east cruise

Everything is good from the clean and fast boat and the friendly guide service. Only the quality of the lunch should be improved again especially the fish menu. The rest is all good.

the hotel drop off schedule was very annoying, very unprofessional... made to wait for hours... and the departure was also 3 hours late, it should have been at 05.00, but it was actually at 8.. so it was very hot
