Our recent trip to Malaysia included visits to the spectacular Genting Highlands and the iconic Batu Caves. Genting Highlands, perched on a mountaintop, offered a refreshing escape from the city's heat with its cool climate, lush greenery, and a variety of attractions including a world-class casino, theme parks, and luxury hotels. The scenic cable car ride was a highlight, providing breathtaking views of the rainforest below. Batu Caves, a renowned Hindu shrine, amazed us with its towering statue of Lord Murugan and the impressive limestone formations. Climbing the 272 steps to the main cave was a rewarding experience, revealing the stunning temple inside and offering panoramic views of the surroundings. We are deeply grateful to Mr. BLAN for expertly guiding us through these wonderful sites, making our trip both educational and enjoyable. His knowledge and enthusiasm greatly enhanced our experience. It was pathetic. The tour guide never showed up let alone contact us. On complaining to traveloka you kept assuring me of a response for 3 hours and then abrubtly closed the chat. This is fraud. Refund the money at once.
